ABOUT MY PRACTICE
Like most people, I have a busy life. I find the 'balance' through Yoga. I have been studying Yoga for over twelve years, after being introduced to it as a method of rehabilitation from knee surgery. Yoga underpins everything that I do, enabling me to balance my professional life, family, health, wellbeing and fitness in an enjoyable and harmonious way.
I undertook my Yoga teacher training in India through the Yoga Alliance; with specialist teaching in Physiology, Hatha and Vinyasa flow, Anatomy, Philosophy, Pranayama, and Meditation, to enable me to deliver quality tuition and lifestyle support. I teach for Sculpt Personal Trainers at North Lakes Spa Hotel, community classes and private clients. Contact me for further details.
